Cancellation Policy

Due to the small size of our business cancellations effect us greatly.

We appreciate that unexpected changes to travel plans may occur and we recommend adequate travel insurance to protect you against late cancellation penalties. Mother Nature causing issues with weather and roads affecting stay are not covered, therefore we highly recommend travel insurance. Dunluce B&B is unable to carry losses on behalf of guests that should be covered by a good travel insurance policy.

Cancellation within 14 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.

Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 25% forfeit of the total booking price.

Child policy:

No children under 12 unless agreed with Dunluce prior to arrival - we only accommodate up to 8 guests in total.
